General Information

Registration is valid for either a single individual or a group of people or department viewing the presentation from the same connection and computer. All seminars will take place at 1pm EST (1300 EST international time). They will consist of a one hour lecture followed by a question and answer period. You will receive a url with your written registration confirmation that will allow access to the webinar. We will also send you a reminder email the day prior to the event with an additional copy of this url. The series will utilize Microsoft LiveMeeting. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to the start of the seminar, we will deduct a US$50 administrative fee and refund or credit the remaining fee. There will be no refund or credit for cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the start of the online seminar. All cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing. In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary to cancel a session, DMI will issue either a full refund or a full credit towards a future session.
